Refund & Returns policy

We hope you’re happy with your Your Furniture Outlet purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you,  you can return the unwanted items within 14 days of accepting delivery for a full refund minus the delivery & return fee.  Unless the item has been damaged in transit then we will handle return and refund the delivery fee.

 Orders that have used the Free Pick - Up option can arrange a return by contacting us .

Please note:

• Return shipment costs are to be handled by customer
• Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days
• All returns should be send to :  Unit 30, Midleton Enterprise Park, Midleton Industrial Estate Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 8FT
  
• Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)

Cancelling & Changing details on your order :

Once you've placed an order, you can cancel or amend your contact and delivery details as long as the item has not been dispatched. This can be done by contacting us directly through the 'contact us' form
