Holiday Ordering & Delivery Update

We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting orders from December 23rd to January 1st.

Please note that all orders placed during this period will be dispatched starting January 3rd.

Delivery times may vary, but orders are expected to arrive within up to 3 working days from the dispatch date. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Shipping policy

Your Furniture Outlet delivers only in the UK. All UK orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, and delivery time can take up to 5 additional days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (i.e., Christmas, Easter, UK Bank Holidays).

Your Furniture Outlet offers FREE Pick Up from Guildford. To pick up your order at our warehouse, choose the Pick Up option when checking out. You will receive an email notification with the full address once it's ready for collection. Usually ready in 24 hours.

Rates

Our shipping rates range from £9.99 to £99.99, based on size, weight, quantity, and type of furniture/items.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Certain items won't have a tracking number.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged and the damages were not mentioned in the item title, please contact us with pictures of the item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Size

We want all our products to be a great fit. To keep things efficient, we suggest you double-check the dimensions before placing your order. All dimensions are listed under each product, but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Disclaimer

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
